VoiceFunc is a macOS application that provides on-device voice-to-text transcription and workflow automation capabilities.

3. "As Is" Provision

The Application and Website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate in its transcriptions.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zoomst LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application or Website.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Application and any text or actions generated through it. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purposes.
